FAQ Section
Can I reschedule a missed class?
Yes! We understand busy schedules. You can reschedule with 24-hour advance notice. All sessions are also recorded so you can revise anytime at your convenience.
How do the online classes work?
Classes are conducted online on our platform with an interactive digital chessboard. You need a laptop or tablet with stable internet. Coach shares screen, analyses games live, and gives real-time feedback — just like an in-person class.
What is the difference between group and 1-on-1 coaching?
Group coaching (max 6 students) is great for peer learning and is more affordable. 1-on-1 coaching gives you 100% personalized attention, a custom curriculum, and faster improvement. Both are conducted online via Zoom.
Do I need any prior chess knowledge to join?
Absolutely not! Our Foundation Course is specifically designed for complete beginners. We start from the very basics — piece movements, board setup — and build systematically at your pace.
What is the best age to start learning chess?
We recommend starting as early as 5–6 years old. At this age, children can grasp the basic rules and benefit significantly from the cognitive development chess offers.
